• In order to have the full papers included in the conference proceedings, at least one of the author(s) must be fully registered by 20 May 2026. Each full registration entitles for a maximum of two conference paper publication by the same author.
• Registration for the publication and presentation of papers must be done by one of the author(s) of the papers. Papers will be withdrawn if none of the authors is registered.
• Papers which are not presented will not be uploaded to International Conference Proceeding.
• Early bird registration is till 20 April 2026. Payment must be in RMB or USD.
• If the refund is requested prior to May 25, 2026, 50 USD handling fee will be charged, and any refund after May 25, 2026, registration fee can't be refunded. The registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA application of individual being denied.
  Due to force majeure including but not limited to earthquake, natural disaster, war and country policy, the organizer reserves the rights to change the conference dates or venue with immediate effect and takes no responsibility.
